I tried reaching out to customer service a few different times and never got a real response. No clear answer, no update, not even a quick acknowledgment. The whole thing came across as careless, like they just didn’t really want to deal with it. It’s frustrating when you actually need help and the tone you get back is basically silence

The site does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but getting around it felt a bit awkward. I was using it while trying to multitask after dinner, so maybe I was a little distracted, but the navigation wasn’t as clear as I expected and I had to click around more than I wanted

The return process was chill and went okay, but the refund took longer than I expected. Kinda annoying, not gonna lie, but it did come through eventually.

I was disappointed because it felt flimsy right out of the box and I tried to give it a chance but after only a few uses it broke, so yeah I’m not really happy with it and wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from GBWHOM LLC and overall the delivery went smoothly. I got the tracking email maybe a day later, and from what I could tell, it was easy enough to keep an eye on the package.
It did show up a little later than I was expecting, I think around two days late, though I can’t say for sure if that was on the carrier or just normal timing. The box looked okay when it arrived, and as far as I noticed, everything was there.
I’d give it 4 stars because the delivery was decent overall, just not especially quick. Nothing really went wrong, but I also don’t have enough to say it was a super fast or perfect shipping experience...

For the price, it does the job well. I wasn’t expecting some life-changing masterpiece here, shocking, I know, but it turned out to be worth it.
